Last year we hiked up to Timpanogas Cave in American Fork Canyon. You can see the north end of Utah County in the background through the mouth of the canyon. The hike is brutal. I had been sick with bronchitis and there was a window of time when I was well. This was when we hiked it. Because I hadn't been doing any sort of exercise and had been ill, it was tough. I wouldn't reccomend it to anyone unless they were in healthy condition!
