This is what Cloe will look like in a few days. She'll be hiding from me as I turn on my clippers to attempt to give her a haircut. I know it seems like a strange time of year for a dog to get a shave, but she had a little run-in with some vegetable oil and it's like trying to clean the oil spill of the Exxon Valdez off of the ducks in the Gulf of Alaska to get this stuff off of her.
By the way, we're enjoying the warmer weather in San Diego, but as usual, are still freezing because my parents don't like to use their heater. So, don't be too jealous. And, it's not sunny - it's rainy. We'll look forward to the twenty feet of snow that we need to shovel through to get into our garage when we return home after Christmas.

Poor Chloe! Hope you all have a great Christmas!
You live in San Diego?! How did I miss that? I'm up north from you...not too far. Oh, and we don't use our heater either. ;-) And, yes we are freezing, too.
We've had quite the snow dumping the last few days. And more is expected. It got in the single digits last night temperature wise. Just a wee bit chilly!
Enjoy your time in So. CA.
