This year I'm being a bit of a grinch. My two boxes full of Christmas decorations are still sitting in my front room, we haven't gone to get a tree (I'm a real tree preson - no fake trees will ever reside in my home), and I still have cobwebs on my rose tree from Halloween.
We have less than two weeks until we will be leaving to go out of town, and is it really worth it now to put up all the decorations? I don't know.
Plus, I'm just kind of letting myself be a grinch this year since we don't have kids. I don't want to become a hardened, mean old lady just because of that, but I think one year of grinching is ok.
Anyway, if you come over to our house this year, don't be surprised if you don't see a tree, or any other decorations out. I'm not sure I feel like bothering with them!

Yeah when we would go out of town I didn't do decorations either.
Grinchyness can pass off this year, but next year we're holding you to decorating. :)
It's hard to get motivated to decorate when you won't even be home for the big day. When we spent Christmas in France I only did a little decorating instead of getting everything out. Just remember, Christmas isn't just for kids!
