I apologize, but you'll probably get a heavy dose of baby stuff over the next few years...
This morning Tricia called me into where she was sitting to feel her tummy...the baby was supposedly kicking. I reluctantly assumed the position, kneeling by her side with my hand on the belly. I rolled my eyes, because every other time I've done this little routine nothing has happened. This time was different - to my shocking surprise the little tiger kicked!! It was awesome!!
On a side note: Tricia seems to be doing a little better. She had a few weeks of good breathing, but now the little guy is pushing on her lungs making it tough to breath again. She smiles and laughs from time to time, which is good - only down side is that I have to make a fool out of myself to get her to do it. She hates it when I cook food (smells still bug her), so if you want to invite me over for dinner I'd gladly accept :)

It's funny how Lynn is talking more about the baby than I am. I guess it's because I vowed long ago not to turn my blog into a shrine to my kids once I had them. Plus, it's easier for him to be excited I think since he's not the one that's uncomfortable and sick all the time.
It's not an uncommon feeling you have. You don't want to turn into the annyoing people who only talk about the kids, esp after you know what infertility is like.
Glad you finally got that experience. Lynn, you are welcome at our house for dinner anytime. Tricia, I see nothing wrong with turning your blog into a kid shrine. Good luck with your flu shot. See you at church on Sunday.
That's exciting, it's so fun to feel them kick...not fun for the ribs, but still exciting!
So excited for you guys!!! Tricia our invitation is still open to come over and see the Emma Smith movie if you would like. I'm sure our husbands would enjoy talking about family history, my husband does firesides on the the subject. Let me know if you guys are interested, if not I understand.
