It worked out so much better this time than last time. I was able to put on the white chocolate (almond bark) layer, and even drizzle on a little milk chocolate (also almond bark) as well. Lynn helped out by sprinkling some cinnamon-sugar over the milk chocolate right after I drizzled it on.
I just ate my apple. I have to admit that they are not nearly as good as Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory apples, but it was still not too bad. Now that I ate so much, I am feeling sleepy...

Looks delicious. What happened to mine? Just kidding.
Yumma. That looks so good.
Impressive. Looks like it will do in a rocky-mountain-chocolate's-aren't-available pinch! Yum!
Blythe was telling me about your caramel apple woes:o) The trick is to make sure the caramel layer is really thick...and...to use "real" white chocolate...not the almond bark. You may like them better than rocky mountain this way:o)
I love RMC's apple pie carmel apple. I maybe have to make a trip to the mall just for that.
Oh man...that looks good. And...I am hungry and at work. DARN! I don't get lunch for 20 more minutes.
Very impressive! I am always available if you ever need a taste tester!
